Ally Paschal is an attorney with Eric M. Swinyard & Associates, bringing 5 years of experience to her work in family law. She has assisted hundreds of clients dealing with family law cases, including helping victims of domestic violence obtain protective orders, as well as navigating custody and divorce matters. Ally has successfully secured numerous protective orders for her clients while guiding them through related family law proceedings. She is an active member of the Women Lawyers of Utah, the LGBT & Allied Lawyers of Utah, and the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar.
Ally obtained a degree in anthropology from Michigan State University in 2015. After a brief stint in data abstracting, she obtained her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2020. During law school, she gained valuable and rewarding family law experience, making her realize that family law is her passion. After law school, she relocated to Utah to practice law.
Ally is devoted to serving individuals in family law. Ally is a kind, passionate, and understanding person. She treats every client with the utmost respect and care.
Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her dog, Jack. She also enjoys going on hikes, traveling, and is always interested in trying new things.
