Ally Paschal is an associate attorney with Eric M. Swinyard & Associates. She has assisted hundreds of clients dealing with family law cases, including helping victims of domestic violence in obtaining protective orders as well as in custody and divorce cases. She has successfully obtained many protective orders for her clients while simultaneously guiding them in the process of other family law actions.
Ally obtained a degree in anthropology from Michigan State University in 2015. After a brief stint in data abstracting, she obtained her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2020. During law school, she gained valuable and rewarding family law experience, making her realize that family law is her passion. After law school, she relocated to Utah to practice law.
Ally is devoted to serving individuals in family law. Ally is a kind, passionate, and understanding person. She treats every client with the utmost respect and care.
Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her dog, Jack. She also enjoys going on hikes, traveling, and is always interested in trying new things.
