Eric M. Swinyard

Eric M. Swinyard is a divorce and family law attorney who serves clients throughout the State of Utah. Eric’s practice is primarily focused on providing personalized, high-quality legal services to individuals involved in divorces, paternity actions, adoptions, estate planning, and other family law matters.

Eric began practicing law after obtaining a law degree and MBA from the University of Arizona. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Utah. He has previously held positions with the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Judiciary.

Since becoming an attorney, Eric has provided legal counsel to thousands of individuals and business owners in multiple practice areas, including divorce, adoption, litigation, asset protection, and business law. He has also delivered estate planning services to hundreds of individuals and families. Eric is admitted to practice in Utah. One of the first things clients notice about Eric is his accessibility and candor.

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, mountain biking, watching and playing sports, and most of all, spending time with his wife, children, and Australian Shepherd.
