Ryan Ficklin is an attorney at Eric M. Swinyard & Associates, PLLC. Prior to practicing law in Utah, Ryan practiced family law in Southern California. In 2017, Ryan relocated back to his home state of Utah to focus on serving the people of Utah who need legal representation, particularly in the family law realm.
Ryan graduated with honors from California’s Whittier Law School in May of 2015. While in law school, Ryan was a staff member for The Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. Ryan also served as Treasurer for the J. Rueben Clark Society. Ryan was admitted to the California Bar on June 1, 2016. After graduating from law school, Ryan successfully completed a fellowship with the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. During his fellowship, Ryan assisted low-income residents of Orange County, California in a variety of legal matters.
When he is not helping clients, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, skiing, hiking, going to concerts, and watching his beloved Utah Jazz.
